Gilman, Greg
Greg is a Senior Counsel in the Division of Enforcement at the Boston Regional Office. He has served as the President of Chapter 293 since 2006, and he has previously served as the Boston Regional Representative and BRO steward, and on the national negotiating teams for the Collective Bargaining Agreement and the performance appraisal process. He is an effective and successful advocate for the rights of SEC employees, and he is intimately involved in most aspects of chapter negotiations, national and local grievances, and chapter communications. Under his leadership in Boston, union membership increased to approximately 90 percent, the highest percentage in the chapter. Greg has a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, and a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. He lives in Exeter, N.H., with his wife, Julie, and twin daughters, Meredith and Guinevere.
