Reed: Budget Deal Must Include Funds for SEC, CFTC

Jack Reed (D-R.I.), who chairs the Senate Banking Committee's subcommittee on securities, said that adequate funds for the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) were crucial to the proper functioning of the nation's financial markets.
