Jason joined the Commission’s IA/IC Examination Program in November of 2016 after working as an enforcement attorney with the Illinois Securities Department for ten years. Jason studied at Kent State for undergrad and, in 2000, graduated from Indiana University with a J.D. and a M.P.A. In his spare time Jason enjoys watching the New York Rangers, walking the dog, camping and hiking.

Drew is an Enforcement attorney in the Chicago Regional Office, the Vice President of Chapter 293, and the Chicago Office's representative on the Chapter's Executive Board. Drew is the recipient of two degrees from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana: a B.S. in Biochemistry, and a J.D., magna cum laude, from the Maurer School of Law. Before arriving at the SEC in 2008, Drew was a litigation associate at a major international law firm and was a law clerk to the Hon. Virginia M. Kendall on the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. As the Chapter's Vice President, Drew works closely with Chapter President, Greg Gilman, on chapter negotiations and communications. He also works with stewards around the country and counsel from NTEU on local and national grievances. In his spare time, Drew is an avid woodworker, building guitars and small furniture pieces.
